Taste	A really robust red with strong tannins that ease up after time spent in the decanter. The wine itself becomes more smooth but a strong aftertaste is also experienced.
Colour	Our D.O.C. Eloro Pachino has an intense red ruby colour with red brick shades as it starts to age.
Nose	Its smell is intense and musky.
Accompanies	In the tradional manner this strong wine needs something a little more bland to accompany it. Simple cheeses and pasta dishes will balance well whereas very strong food may start a battle for attention in your mouth!

Elorina

Close to the coast on the south eastern tip of Sicily stands a vineyard gaining each year in reputation, that of Elorina. Incorporated in 1978, it hoped to succeed in delivering a perfect expression of the viticulture of Italy's most beautiful region. The tastes of smells of Sicily and world renowned and the Elorina vineyard manages to take the essense of traditional Sicily and couple it with the new winemaking processes and create beautiful DOC ranked wines that are calling out to be tasted. Today Elorina produces 7 different bottling each year of which 6 are D.O.C.
