Flavors of black cherry, plum, vanilla, and rich earth highlight the understated elegance of this wine. Aged in barriques to add new levels of flavor and complexity which are realized in a full bodied, long lasting, velvety finish.

Four stars year considered good
This is the best offering from the Elorina estate, the Riserva DOC. Nero D'Avola is the quintessential Sicilian grape, cultivated for centuries in southeastern Sicily. Elorina Pachino is DOC certified, made from 100% Nero D'Avola grapes, from old vines on the Elorina estate.

Incorporated in 1978, it hoped to succeed in delivering a perfect expression of the viticulture of Italy's most beautiful region. The tastes of smells of Sicily and world renowned and the Elorina vineyard manages to take the essense of traditional Sicily and couple it with the new winemaking processes and create beautiful DOC ranked wines that are calling out to be tasted. Today Elorina produces 7 different bottling each year of which 6 are D.O.C.
