Taste
Fresh and well balanced, slightly tannic hints which do not reveal the red-grape origin. Warm and balanced.
Colour
very clear, dark cherry-red.
Nose
predominant fruit flavour, with herries and ripe cherry hints which also give the colour to this wine.
Accompanies
Consume with all meals; it is the perfect match for pasta dishes with tomato-based sauces ("Chitarra alla Teramana" pasta with small meat balls, "timballo di screppelle".
