The Story behind the Cellar Door & Cannonau "sos usos de una ia":
This Cannonau is a very unique wine. It has a strong full, flavour. We first sampled this wine at VinItaly, a famous wine Expo in Italy, and decided to add it to our Cannonau product.
The sentence "sos usos de una ia" concerns old wine making traditions that the Gostolai vineyards have remained true to even with the advent of mass production.
We have selected this wine because it is a very original wine and something different. We recommend you try this wine for yourself."

Four star year considered good. High quality wine produced in the old traditions of Sardinia.
The Cannonau production of this wine is called "Nepente" a word from the area of Oliena in Sardinia. "Sos Uso de Una Ia" means "Old Traditions" and the producer sticks firmly to this mantra using the traditional techniques to produce a beautiful, traditional wine
