TCD OPINION

This vintage has been characterised by abundant rains in winter and by mild temperatures. Excellent weather conditions during maturation and colouring of the fruit on the vine, the vintage occurred on 18th Sept. and the temperatures were high and dry.

Paolo, my father, Saint Paul patron saint of Palazzolo Acreide,an elegant small town in the province of Syracuse where in the 18th century the church you'll find on the label was built.
