The 2007 growing season in Lazio was considered very good. Four star year.
High quality wine from the Roman hills. Lazio is one of Italys up and coming regions and Frascati its most famous white. This bottling is a very good example of Frascati at its fresh and fruity best.

In the heart of the roman hills, where wine-making and other age-old traditions have preserved the original flavours through the centuries, lie the origins of Cantine Silvestri. The story starts in 1929 in the municipality of Genzano di Roma when its founder, Alfredo Silvestri, started making and bottling Castelli Romani wines. With passion and experience. The passion and the experience were passed down from father to son and today, Alfredo's son Dante, with his wife Beatrice, and grandson Alfredo run Castine Silvestri proudly producing some of Lazio's most interesting white and red wines.
