As per article 13 of Legislative decree 196/2006, The Cellar Door (TCD) will manage all data supplied by clients, in respect of all laws governing personal data in Italy.
TCD guarantees the utmost levels of secirity for all data, and will use the data only for commercial or promotional purposes. TCD engages to cancel or modify the data if asked to do so by the client.
Sharing of data
In the case of a client accepting to have their data shared with third parties, the data will be transmitted with the sole commercial purpose that was authorized by the client, in order to permit the sending of commercial or promotional material. In this case as well, the client data will be treated in the strictest manner in respect of all laws governing the privacy of data in Italy.
