Linguine con gamberi e zucchine

INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
  • linguine 360 gr.
  • cipolla o cipollotto fresco mezzo
  • pomodori maturi a grappolo 3 o 4
  • gamberi precotti 300 gr.
  • zucchine 4 peperoncino
  • sale
  • olio extravergine di oliva
  • prezzemolo q.b.
In un tegame mettete olio extravergine di oliva e la cipolla finemente tritata e fate imbiondire. Aggiungete i pomodori precedentemente mondati, lavati, pelati e tritati.Fate cuocere per circa 10 minuti e aggiungete i gamberi lavati e mondati insieme alle zucchine tagliate a rondelle Cuocete per pochi minuti, aggiungete un po' di peperoncino a piacere. Intanto fate lessare le linguine in abbondante acqua salata e scolate al dente, versatela nella padella e fate insaporire per un paio di minuti. Cospargete di prezzemolo tritato e servire
