  • cavatelli 400 gr.
  • rape 1 kg
  • aglio
  • peperoncino
  • olio di oliva
  • sale
Mondate le cime di rape, lavatele e cuocetele in acqua bollente salata, una volta scolate utilizzate l’acqua di cottura per cuocere i cavatelli. Soffriggete in una padella olio, aglio, peperoncino ed aggiungete le cime di rapa che lascerete insaporire per qualche minuto. Scolate i cavatelli versateli in padella con le rape e fate mantecare per qualche secondo.
