INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
  • 800 g of potatoes
  • 180 g of mortadella
  • 180 g of mozzarella
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g of Parmesan cheese
  • 100g of butter
  • 2 glass of milk
  • breadcrumbs q.s.
  • salt q.s.
Boil the potatoes and mash them with milk and butter, add the Parmesan, the butter, the eggs and some salt. Dice the mortadella and the mozzarella. Butter an oven-proof dish and spread some breadcrumbs. Put half of the puree in the oven-proof dish, add the mozzarella and the mortadella and cover with the puree left.. Spread with some breadcrumbs. Put into a hot oven (180° C) for about 45 minutes. Serve hot
