- a slice of mortadella
- a boiled potato
- an egg
- a spoon of grated cheese
- parsley q.s.
- breadcrumbs q.s.
- olive oil
- salt and pepper q.s.

Mince meat and mortadella finely. Squeeze the boiled potato and mix everything. Use an egg to thicken, flavour with a spoon of grated cheese, some chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Make 8 meatballs, coat with breadcrumbs and fry them in hot olive oil. Dry on blotting paper, put them in a hot dish and serve with lettuce salad |
