- Linguine 300 gr.
- frozen broad beans 160 gr.
- ham 80 gr.
- onion 1
- butter as needed
- extravergine olive oil as needed
- grated parmigiano reggiano as needed
- salt and pepper as needed

Mince the onion and brown it in a saucepan with some oil. When done, add the defrosted broad beans. Add salt and pepper and mix. Pour in some water and cook for 25 minutes. In the meantime cook the linguine in salted boiling water and cut the ham in thin slices. Add the ham to the broad beans, before they are completely cooked. Strain the linguine and whip with the broad beans, adding some butter and the grated parmigiano. Sprinkle with pepper and serve. |
