Q. What are the delivery costs?
A. Before you proceed to checkout you will be advised of the delivery costs. The more wine you buy the less the delivery cost.

Q. How quickly can you deliver?
A. 99% of all orders will reach our customers within 3 days.
Q. What happens to the wine if noone is home to receive it?
A. If no-one is at home when your wine is delivered we will leave a card and reference and you must collect the wine from your nearest post office.
Q. What does TO BE RECEIVED mean?
A. A product has this status when there are no more bottles in our warehouse and we are waiting for the delivery from the producer.
Q. Are we sure that the bottles wont to be damaged during the transport?
A. The Cellar Door sends the bottles in anti shock boxes, ensuring a safe delivery. No additional fee is required for the packaging.
Q. Is it possible to add a wishes message in the box?
A. Yes of course, just reporting the message you want to send inside the field note when checking out.
Q. Is the quality of the wines warranted?
A. All our wines have a detailed sheet where you can find the official classification (IGT,DOC,DOCG) as reported on the labels of the bottles we send.
